EMPLOYMENT
Bruce W. White, P.C. — Owner of small, private law firm from January, 2001 to present and sole practitioner from July, 1990 to December, 2000. Own, operate and manage law firm; hire and train personnel; personally handle all accounting functions and management of records and bank accounts; negotiate contracts for all services including telecommunications, office equipment and rental leases.
Represent debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 cases; interview and counsel clients; attend all court proceedings necessary to complete cases. Represent creditors and act as local counsel for creditors in Chapter 7 and 13 cases.
